Coordination Meeting: “Climate Pathways 4 Roskovec – CP4R”
On 8 September 2026, a coordination meeting was held at the Municipality of Roskovec between the municipal working group and the experts engaged under the “Climate Pathways 4 Roskovec (CP4R)” project, part of the Pathways2Resilience (P2R) programme. The Municipality of Roskovec is the project lead, while ETMI is the partner organisation supporting its implementation.
The Mayor of Roskovec, Ms Majlinda Bufi, commended the commitment of the working group and the experts, underlining the importance of cooperation, coordination and shared responsibility for the timely and high-quality implementation of the project.
During the meeting, discussions focused on:
• progress achieved to date;
• activities planned for September;
• the division of roles and responsibilities between municipal staff and experts;
• coordination of the three stakeholder activities planned during September;
• documentation, communication and visibility of the project activities and results.
Particular attention was given to the preparation of activities that will engage the community, farmers, representatives of local sectors and other relevant stakeholders in identifying and addressing climate-related risks and challenges within the territory of the Municipality of Roskovec.
The CP4R project aims to strengthen local capacities for climate change adaptation, promote cooperation between institutions and the community, and contribute to building a more sustainable and climate-resilient territory.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants agreed on concrete next steps, responsibilities and deadlines for the activities planned in September, reaffirming their shared commitment to achieving the project objectives to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
